Welcome to Precision Point Resumes. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the client and Precision Point Resumes, promote transparency, and ensure clarity across all transactions under our Pay After Satisfaction model.


1. Service Overview

Precision Point Resumes provides professional career services, including resume writing, cover letters, interview coaching, and ATS-optimized documentation. We use a hybrid model combining human expertise and our proprietary HyperGenius™ system, which applies logic, behavioral science, and strategic formatting to optimize every document. While we aim to enhance client outcomes, we do not guarantee job placement or interviews.


2. Pay After Satisfaction Model

Clients begin with a non-refundable $30 deposit to secure services. A watermarked resume draft is then delivered before full payment. Clients only pay the remaining balance if satisfied. If satisfied, the client returns to complete their payment using the service page, and the deposit is applied as a credit.

If the client chooses not to continue after receiving up to four included revisions, no further payment is required. The deposit fairly compensates for the time, research, and intellectual effort invested in the draft.
The preview draft may not be used for job applications, public distribution, or editing until full payment is made.


3. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Precision Point Resumes is not liable for outcomes affected by misleading or incomplete client input.


4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal and professional client data is handled securely and in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without consent, unless legally required to do so.


5. Revisions Policy (Updated)

Clients may request up to four revisions within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving their draft. These revisions are defined as reasonable edits to existing content. Requests to change career direction, target a new industry, or introduce major new content after the draft is completed may require a new booking or a custom quote.

If all four included revisions are used, additional revision rounds may be offered for a fixed fee per round, depending on the request's complexity. Precision Point Resumes reserves the right to pause or decline revisions that fall outside the original scope of the service, become excessive, or result in unproductive communication. Requests received after the 14-day revision window may be declined or subject to additional charges.


6. Refund Policy

We operate under a Pay After Satisfaction model, which eliminates the need for traditional refunds. The $30 deposit is non-refundable. If the client chooses not to continue, they retain only the preview draft.
The preview draft is provided for review purposes only and is not intended for public use, application submission, or distribution until full payment is made.
Final documents are only provided once full payment is received. No monetary refunds will be issued after full payment or once final materials are delivered.


7. Delivery Timelines and Bundle Structure (Updated)

Resume drafts for standard, standalone resume services are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days after we receive a completed intake form.

For clients purchasing bundle packages such as the Professional Bundle or Executive Bundle, delivery is structured in two clear stages to ensure quality, focus, and a personalized experience:

Professional Bundle

In Stage 1, your resume draft will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the time your completed intake form is submitted.

Once you’ve approved the draft and finalized your payment, we proceed to Stage 2 — where the remaining services are delivered. This includes your cover letter, ATS-optimized final resume, interview guide, and career roadmap, which are completed within an additional 2 to 3 business days.

Total turnaround time: Typically between 4 to 6 business days, assuming prompt client response.

Executive Bundle

In Stage 1, you will receive your executive resume draft within 2 to 3 business days of completing the intake form.

Following resume approval and payment of the remaining balance, Stage 2 will begin. This includes your cover letter, LinkedIn optimization, interview guide, career roadmap, follow-up letters, and final ATS-enhanced resume — delivered within 3 to 4 additional business days.

Total turnaround time: Typically between 5 to 7 business days, depending on responsiveness and revision speed.

Incomplete intake forms, delayed responses, or revision bottlenecks may impact delivery timelines. To avoid any delays, clients are encouraged to provide all required details promptly and stay engaged throughout the process.


8. Non-Response and Inactivity Policy

If no feedback or payment is received within seven (7) calendar days of the resume draft being delivered, the order will be marked inactive and the deposit forfeited. The project will be closed and no further services will be provided. Restarting a closed project may require a new deposit and updated intake form.


9. HyperGenius™ Resume Optimization

Every resume is powered by the HyperGenius™ engine—our proprietary system that combines keyword optimization, logical structure, formatting strategy, and behavioral analysis to enhance performance. While assisted by AI frameworks, all documents are finalized and tailored by real human experts. HyperGenius™ tools and systems are protected by intellectual property laws and used exclusively by Precision Point Resumes.


10. Intellectual Property Rights

All drafts and related materials remain the property of Precision Point Resumes until full payment is made. Upon receiving full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final resume and supporting documents for personal job-seeking purposes only.


11. 60-Day Interview Guarantee (Updated)

Clients who pay in full are eligible for our 60-Day Interview Guarantee. To qualify, clients must apply to at least five relevant job opportunities per week during the guarantee period and be prepared to provide proof if requested. If no interviews occur within 60 days, we will offer one final resume revision based on updated goals or real-world feedback.
This guarantee is valid for a one-time revision only, and no additional edits are included.
Refunds are not available under this guarantee. Clients who opt out before final payment are not covered.


12. Promotions and Discounts

Only one coupon code or promotion may be used per transaction. Promotions cannot be combined, transferred, or applied retroactively. Referral credits may only be applied toward future services and cannot be exchanged for cash.


13. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to submit accurate intake details, respond promptly to communication, and complete their form submissions in a timely manner. Delays in client responses or failure to provide required information may result in delivery delays or ineligibility for revisions.


14. Limitation of Liability

Precision Point Resumes is not liable for job market conditions, hiring outcomes, or employment decisions. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or career advancement. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.


15. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless eligible for small claims court. Clients agree to attempt resolution in good faith prior to escalation.


16. Protection Against Abuse

Precision Point Resumes reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any client who submits fraudulent information, becomes abusive or hostile, or attempts to misuse the Pay After Satisfaction model. In such cases, the service may be terminated with written notice.


17. Digital Correspondence Policy

All services are provided through secure digital platforms such as email and form submissions. For security and clarity, phone consultations are not available. This ensures a record of all communication and maintains service consistency.


18. Disclaimer

We strive to help every client achieve the best possible outcome, but we do not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, or specific career results. External factors such as market conditions, job availability, and recruiter preferences remain outside of our control.
