Welcome to Precision Point Resumes. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the client and Precision Point Resumes, promote transparency, and ensure clarity across all transactions under our Pay After Satisfaction model.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Precision Point Resumes (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services offered. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access our services.
2. Service Overview
We provide professional career services, including resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimisation, interview coaching, and ATS-optimised documentation (collectively, “Services”). Our model combines human expertise with our proprietary HyperGenius™ system — which applies logic, behavioural science and strategic formatting — to optimise each document. We strive to enhance client outcomes, but we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or career advancement.
3. Pay After Satisfaction Model

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure our Services and commence the project.

After receipt of a completed intake form and deposit, we will deliver a watermarked draft (“Preview Draft”).

You may review the Preview Draft and request up to four included revisions (see clause 5) within fourteen (14) calendar days.

If you are satisfied, you complete payment of the remaining balance via our service page; the $30 deposit is applied as a credit towards that balance.

If you choose not to proceed after receiving the Preview Draft and using up to four revisions, no further payment is required beyond the deposit. The deposit compensates us for time, research and intellectual effort.

Important: The Preview Draft may not be used for job-applications, public distribution or editing until full payment is made.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information in the intake form and during communications. We are not liable for outcomes (or lack thereof) arising from misleading, incomplete or false client input.
5. Revisions Policy

You may request up to four (4) revisions at no extra charge, within 14 calendar days of delivery of the draft. These revisions must be reasonable edits to the existing content (e.g., minor wording changes, formatting tweaks).

Requests to change career direction, target a new industry entirely or introduce major new content after draft completion may be considered out of scope and may require a new booking or custom quote.

Once the four included revision rounds are used, additional revision rounds may be offered for a fixed fee per round (depending on complexity).

Precision Point Resumes reserves the right to pause or decline further revisions if the requests: (a) fall outside the original service scope, (b) become excessive or unproductive, or (c) are received after the 14-day window — in which case additional charges may apply or requests may be declined.
6. Refund Policy
Under our Pay After Satisfaction model:

The $30 deposit is non-refundable.

If you choose not to continue after the Preview Draft and revision process, you retain the Preview Draft for review but it is not intended for job submission or public use.

Final documents are only provided once full payment is received. No refunds are available after full payment or after final materials are delivered.
7. Delivery Timelines & Bundle Structure
Standard Services (Standalone Resume): Typically delivered within 1–3 business days after we receive a completed intake form.
Professional Bundle:

Stage 1: Resume draft within 2–3 business days after intake form submission.

On your approval and payment of remaining balance → Stage 2: Cover letter, ATS-optimised final resume, interview guide and career roadmap within additional 2–3 business days.

Total turnaround time: Typically 4–6 business days (assuming prompt client response).
Executive Bundle: -
Stage 1: Executive resume draft within 2–3 business days.

On your approval and payment → Stage 2: Cover letter, LinkedIn optimisation, interview guide, follow-up letters and final ATS-enhanced resume within additional 3–4 business days.

Total turnaround time: Typically 5–7 business days (assuming responsive communication).
Note: Delays may arise from incomplete intake forms, delayed client amendments or prolonged revision cycles. We encourage prompt submission of required details and timely feedback to avoid delays.
8. Non-Response & Inactivity Policy
If you do not provide feedback or complete payment within seven (7) calendar days of resume draft delivery, the order will be marked inactive, the deposit forfeited and the project closed. Restarting a closed project may require a new deposit and updated intake form.
9. HyperGenius Resume Optimisation
Each document is powered by our proprietary HyperGenius engine — combining keyword optimisation, logical structure, formatting strategy and behavioural analysis. Though aided by AI frameworks, all final materials are tailored and finalised by human experts. HyperGenius tools and systems are our intellectual property and used exclusively by Precision Point Resumes.
10. Intellectual Property Rights

All drafts and related materials remain the property of Precision Point Resumes until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final resume and supporting documents for personal job-seeking purposes only.

All proprietary templates, formatting systems and AI-assisted materials (including HyperGenius™ outputs) remain the intellectual property of Precision Point Resumes. You may not copy, resell or reproduce these materials for commercial or third-party use.
11. 60-Day Interview Guarantee
Clients who pay in full may be eligible for our 60-Day Interview Guarantee, subject to these conditions:

You must apply to at least five (5) relevant job opportunities per week during the guarantee period and provide proof of applications if requested.

If no interviews result within 60 days, we will offer one final revision of your resume based on updated goals or real-world feedback.

This guarantee covers one revision only; no further edits are included.

No refunds are available under this guarantee.

Clients who opt out before final payment are not covered under this guarantee.
12. Promotions & Discounts

Only one coupon code or promotion may be used per transaction.

Promotions cannot be combined, transferred to other clients, or applied retroactively.
-
Referral credits are applied only toward future services and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Submit accurate intake details, including employment history, education, certifications, job preferences and relevant information.

Respond promptly to our communications and submit required form data in a timely manner.
-
Understand that any delays in your responses or failure to provide required information may result in delivery delays or ineligibility for included revisions.
14. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Point Resumes, its employees, contractors and agents from any claim, loss or damage arising from your use of documents, your provision of false or misleading information, unauthorised sharing or distribution of our materials, or breach of these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

We are not liable for job market conditions, hiring outcomes, employment decisions or external factors beyond our control.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia. You and we submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Western Australia.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, to binding arbitration unless the claim is within the jurisdiction of a small claims court.
16. Protection Against Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to any client who submits fraudulent information, becomes abusive or hostile, or attempts to misuse the Pay After Satisfaction model. In such cases, we may terminate the service with written notice and retain any deposit.
17. Digital Correspondence & Acceptance

All Services are delivered via secure digital platforms (e-mail, online forms). Phone consultations are not available.

Delivery of a draft or final document via email constitutes completion of that service stage.

Your email confirmation of approval, or any continued correspondence after delivery, constitutes acceptance.

Upon acceptance, you are responsible for next-stage payment (if applicable) and we may proceed with final materials.
18. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, pandemic, technical or system outages, cyber-attack, government interventions or third-party failures.
19. Confidentiality & Privacy
Our handling of client personal and professional data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
We will not disclose your personal information to any third party except as required by law or as set out in the Privacy Policy.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time (for example to reflect changes in our services or legal/regulatory obligations). The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly displayed. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed or limited to the extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
